British American Tobacco Costa Ricahas an exciting opportunity for an Order to Cash - Bilingual Agent
This role is part of GBS Finance. The role is responsible for handling incidents (tickets) as well as receiving inbound and making outbound calls for retailers contracted with Reynolds and their sales representatives. Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products, promotions among others.
Geographic Scope: USA
Your key responsibilities will include:
- · Handle finance information for retail/TM US customers
- · Support payment processes/validations
- · Support Tier II team
- · Comply with the department KPIs
- · Support and help on Process documentation
- · Complete all reports assigned in the required recurrence
- · Transfer incidents to internal departments
- · Analyse and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine
- · Improve processes to provide more effective results
- · Handle back-office processes as needed
What are we looking for?
- B2+/C1 English Level (must)
- Advanced Use of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience working under pressure
- At least 1 year of contact service experience
- At least 1 year of Finance experience (desirable)
- Floor Support or Subject Matter Expert experience
- Inbound and Outbound service live experience
- Problem solving and customer service skills
Education / qualifications / certifications required
· High School diploma
· University degree completed or in progress (Accounting, Economics or Finance)
