SALARY RANGE: Starting atRM 3,900 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

LOCATION: Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway

The role is responsible to work on Tier 1 and Tier 2 Employee services related service requests sent by stakeholders, answers Employee queries related to Tier 1 & Employee Admin matters. This provides Employee services related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are driven and aligned to BAT’s business strategy and resourcing needs.

What you will be accountable for

  • Employee Services resource aligned to Tier 1 & Tier 2 Employee service specialism accountable for ensuring that relevant processes are delivered effectively and always provides excellent Customer services, ensure all key deliverables are achieved for Employee Services scope
  • Expected to work on Tier 1 & Tier 2 Employee Services requests sent by the stakeholders and answers Employee queries related to Employee Services scope
  • Provides Employee Services related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are driven and aligned to BAT’s business strategy and resourcing needs
  • Works closely with stakeholders to deliver HR strategy, processes, and ad hoc project support assigned by Line Manager and Operation Lead
  • Uses HR procedures and guidance available to them to handle the processing of data changes, entry, and workflow within technology solutions
  • Assess own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs
  • Maintains data configuration, ensuring employee data sync between SuccessFactors and other HR systems
  • Ensures the confidentiality of personnel records in close coordination with HR technology lead and ensures that the appropriate security is in place for accessing HR data
  • Delivers the regular reconciliation of HR data
  • Sees opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and brings up appropriately (Continuous Improvement Opportunities i.e. CI)
  • Delivers data management services to meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance and focused improvement efforts

Essential experience, skills and knowledge

  • Equipped with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in Employee Lifecycle area/Generalist/HR Data Management
  • Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Experiences with SuccessFactors is an added advantage
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and good analytical skills
  • Solid customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Possesses high degree of professionalism, perseverance, and grace in servicing clients
  • Resourceful, proactive, attention to details and a good team player
  • Willing to support on Public Holidays on a rotation basis

Beneficial

  • Experienced with Regional HRSS is a plus
  • Strong in data management & HR processes are added advantage
