British American TobaccoUK has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Analytics Manager in London, Globe House
This role is responsible for the robust tracking and measurement of our digital communications activities across our priority digital channels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a robust digital analytics program for the BC Strategic Communications unit across digital and social media platforms.
- Being in charge of deep analysis, diagnosis and recommendations to grow the BAT.com viewership.
- Proactively identifying new analytics tools that enable more discrete insights.
- Being in charge of digital and social media content development leadership based on data.
- Assisting in developing a clear, concise representation of our digital communications strategy, its impact and proposed next steps to continue to build digital communications as a driver of our Corporate Communications messaging.
- Conducting a deep analysis of our followers and how to grow that population.
What are we looking for?
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, audience segmentation, and strategic communications;
- Capable of creating a narrative with actionable recommendations to improve corporate communications penetration;
- Confident and comfortable in presenting research findings to senior-level stakeholders;
- Highly data sensitive, quick discoverer in data insights and able to locate the cause, provide a solution, and verify the result;
- Proven track record of leveraging data to drive communication strategies and improve engagement;
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM platforms.
