LOCATION: Bucharest, Romania
JOB TYPE: Permanent
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Develop CRM consumer journeys.
- Formulate strategies for building newsletters and SMS campaigns.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze and report on CRM data.
- Assist CRM manager in defining funnel strategy.
- Provide briefs to agencies for system enhancements and communication deployment.
- Take ownership of CRM planning.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
The ideal candidate will serve as the executive Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CRM.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience as a CRM executive in a structured multinational company and/or consultancy.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required:
- Certification as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant is preferred.
- Experience with SQL and AMP script is preferred.
- Demonstrated high analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and foresight.
- Strong proficiency in English language skills.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required:
- Completed university studies and gained professional experience in digital fields, particularly in CRM-driven technical roles.
Beneficial:
- Second European language is a plus.
